What You Can Expect
Rock Solid Creations Custom Stone & Tile will provide every customer with free estimates. The estimate will be based on materials plus a square footage labor rate that is determined by degree of difficulty, site access, type of work (flat work vs. corner work), and required prep work. An upfront deposit for the cost of materials will be due upon the acceptance of the estimate. Once the work is complete you will receive an invoice for the cost of labor and any client approved changes that occurred during the construction process.
In addition we stand behind our masonry work and offer a two year guarantee. If something goes wrong, Rock Solid Creations Custom Stone & Tile will make it right. Our goal is to have completely satisfied customers.
***It should be noted that estimates and final invoices can vary slightly due to client approved change orders and product price changes from distributors. Customer approval will be sought in the event that any pricing changes occur.
***Two Year Warranty does not apply to natural disasters, acts of God, or deliberate destruction of masonry work.
